Onur Berrak

Hello, I'm Onur.
I grew up in corporate life. After working in the private sector in Türkiye for years, I made a big decision to migrate to Germany to work. The bureaucracy, uncertainty and confusion I encountered throughout that process convinced me of one thing:
It is possible to simplify this process.

Vision & Mission

When I founded Berrak & Co., I aimed not only to create a service platform but also to be a companion. Because migrating does not only mean changing a country, but also adopting a new mentality, a new order and a new self.

Today, I share the experiences I have gained with my clients through one-on-one meetings, digital products and roadmaps.
My aim is not only to provide information to people at the beginning of the immigration process, but also to prepare them professionally for their new life in Germany.

Today, under the roof of Berrak & Co.:

  • I draw personalized road maps for individuals who want to come to Germany,

  • Simplifies complex processes,

  • It eliminates information confusion and

  • I offer actionable strategies based on real experiences.

Academic Background

My education life started at Cağaloğlu Anatolian High School, one of the well-established schools in Istanbul. Then I embarked on an academic journey to Germany. First, I studied electronic engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, then I focused on media and business management at Stuttgart Media University. My experience in both fields gave me analytical thinking and creative strategy-making skills.

I returned to Türkiye in 2015 and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics. This academic background shaped my consultancy perspective by establishing the link between economics and communication.

My Professional Journey

I started my career at a young age, working in different sectors and countries. My first experiences in Germany helped me understand not only business life but also multicultural systems and human relations. I took on a wide range of roles, from production to management, from field operations to strategic planning.

Today, I have received my third promotion in the same company in Germany, and I am both managing the sales team and dealing with large corporate clients as Key Account Manager. This position requires not only commercial success, but also cultural understanding, communication skills and leadership strength. And I carry out this role with field experience, strategic vision and the flexibility that comes with being multilingual.

With all this knowledge, I now offer my clients the experiences I have gained from my own migration journey.
Because I know that behind every successful transition is having the right information and a strong guide.
